We will review your request and issue the refund within a reasonable time frame. Please note that refunds will only be issued for payments made within the last 24 hours.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at mail[at]strologyAPI.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”. Once you cancel, your subscription will be active for the current cycle and you will not be charged for the next cycle. However, please note that we do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us at mail[at]AstrologyAPI.com with the subject line “Upgrade/Downgrade Request”. The changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle and will be applied on a pro-rata basis.

We will send you several reminders before deactivation, but it is your responsibility to ensure that your subscription is up to date.
