Cancel renewal at any time
You can cancel subscription renewal at any time through your account's subscription settings. No advance written notice is required. Cancellation stops future renewal; your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
If you need help cancelling, email mail@astrologyapi.com with your account email and the subscription involved. Simply stopping use of the service does not cancel renewal.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits remain in your AstrologyAPI wallet after cancellation. You can use them for pay-as-you-go calls after the subscription period ends. Cancelling renewal does not forfeit your existing unused credits and does not convert them into a cash refund.
Payments and the current billing period
Purchases of subscription plans, API packages and other services are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or AstrologyAPI approves an exception.
The current paid subscription period remains non-refundable if you cancel partway through it. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund or additional credit for unused time in that period. This does not affect the unused credits already in your wallet.
Exceptional reimbursement
Requests for an exception are reviewed at AstrologyAPI's discretion. Approval is not automatic. If we approve a discretionary reimbursement, the amount is credited to your AstrologyAPI wallet for future API usage or services, rather than returned to the original payment method, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation or other right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the law requires a particular remedy or payment method, that requirement applies.

For cancellation assistance or an exceptional reimbursement request, email mail@astrologyapi.com. Include your account email, the relevant purchase or subscription details, and a brief explanation. Do not include passwords, API secrets or full payment-card details.
